Made for your game.
Made for your game.Review a sample before agreeing the details of your teamwear order. Sample arrangements are confirmed individually for the product and design you need.
Effective 28 October 2026
Samples are arranged on request, subject to availability. Tell us the product, size, quantity, colour direction and design you want to review. We will confirm whether an existing example or a custom sample is appropriate for your request.
Samples are paid. We will provide a written sample quotation showing the sample charge and any agreed customisation charges before you proceed. Sample preparation starts after you approve the quotation and arrange the payment stated in it.
Courier costs are quoted separately from the sample charge. Tell us the delivery country and destination so shipping arrangements and costs can be confirmed before you pay.
Sample preparation and shipping estimates are confirmed for each request. Timing depends on the product, design requirements, availability and delivery destination. A preferred date in an enquiry is a request, not a confirmed delivery commitment.
For a custom sample, we will agree the design details with you before preparation. Check your artwork, team colours, names, numbers and sizes carefully. If you request changes after those details are agreed, any revised cost and timing will be confirmed before additional work proceeds.
Sample and courier charges are not automatically credited toward a bulk order. If a sample credit is offered for your order, the amount and qualifying order details will be stated in writing in your bulk quotation.
Ordering or receiving a sample does not place a bulk order. The agreed design and product details need your written approval, and the bulk price, quantities, payment arrangements and delivery schedule must be confirmed separately before production is agreed.
If there is a problem with a sample, contact TeamKitUp with your reference, a description of the issue and relevant photographs. We will review the issue with you and confirm the next steps.
Include the product and any custom-design requirements in your enquiry.
